Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing us. Please review our booking policy carefully before confirming your appointment.

• A ₦15,000 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be deducted from your final salon bill.
• Booking fees can only be transferred when a reschedule request is made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
• Please ensure you select all additional prep services needed during booking. Unbooked services may not be accommodated on appointment day and may affect appointment timing.
• Additional prep services selected will affect appointment duration and available booking times.
• Clients are advised to send wigs for customization 24–48 hours before their appointment to help reduce waiting time. Same-day customization attracts additional charges.
• Clients arriving over 30 minutes late will incur a ₦30,000 lateness fee and some services may need to be adjusted based on salon availability.
• Appointments delayed beyond 1 hour may be rescheduled, cancelled, or accommodated under our emergency/after-hours policy depending on availability.
• All payments, including gratuities/tips, should be made through approved salon payment channels only.
